Culinary Services

Overview

MSU Culinary Services is one of the largest self-operated dining programs in the country, serving over 7 million meals yearly to students, staff, and the community. CS operates (7) all-you-care-to-eat dining halls, (2) grab and go dining halls, (3) Sparty's Market grocery stores, several Sparty's mini-markets, food courts, quick service restaurants, vending, and (2) Starbucks locations.

The department also operates MSU Bakers, Food Stores Procurement/Warehouse, Spartan Linen Services, the Student Organic Farm, Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center, the State Room Restaurant, and catering services.
