Spring Move out - Residence Halls
All residence halls close for spring semester at 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 1. We ask that all students complete the Spring 2021 Departure Form to help us plan for move-out. The form will ask for the date and time you plan to move out of your room. Because of restrictions due to COVID-19, we ask that no more than two people to assist you in moving out of your space. Healing Through Yoga
April 17, 2:30-3:30 p.m. MSU Center for Survivors & Women*s Student Services present a self-care, trauma informed yoga session, meant to promote healing and wellness as well as bring awareness to the trauma that can result from gender-based discrimination. Registration is required.
Game Night w/LBGT Resource Center
Wednesday’s at 8 p.m. (recurring). Join the LBGT Resource Center for Game Night! Students can participate in a variety of games, including, UNO, Pictionary, Heads Up, Tabletopia, Scrabble, Match Box Games, and more! Registration is required.

International Student Listening Space
This listening space is geared toward undergraduate and graduate international students. It’s a supportive space to share and process your experiences as an international student. This Listening Space will be held on April 27, and May 11 from 9-10 a.m. EST. Register here.
Racial Stress Workshop Series
We live in spaces where the significance of race is suppressed. As a result, we often experience racially-based contradictions that are not acknowledged, discussed or validated. Our experiences can lead to race-related stress. Workshop sessions will take place 3-4 p.m. April 9, 16, 23, and 30. To participate, please complete the CAPS Phone Request Form and indicate that you’re interested in the Racial Stress Workshop.

Spring Themed Coloring Contest - East Lansing Public Library
Starting April 5 coloring sheets will be available curbside and in the building. Grab the coloring page that corresponds with the participants age bracket, take it home and color it, then return it to the library curbside or at the circulation desk by April 19. Eat at State
Dine-in seating has reopened in dining halls (The Edge at Akers, Brody Square and South Pointe at Case) and at MSU Union Food Court, with one person allowed per table.
Spring Semester Dining Hours
Culinary Services recently shared spring semester dining hours on the Eat at State website. For spring semester, additional locations will open in Brody Neighborhood. This includes Brody Square and the Brody Hall Sparty’s store. Please note dining halls do not reopen until Jan. 15. To view a complete list of hours, please visit eatatstate.com/dining-hall-hours.

COVID-19 Early Detection Program
Spring residents are required to participate in the COVID-19 Early Detection program. Faculty, staff and off-campus students in the East Lansing area may voluntarily join this program to play an easy, yet crucial role, in enhancing the health and safety of everyone in the Spartan community. The MSU Union Welcome Desk is proud to serve as a Kit Pick Up and Sample Drop Off location.
We are home to an Amazon Hub Locker which serves as a self-service delivery location to pick up and return your Amazon.com packages! Select “Amazon Hub Locker” as your location and pick up your package at a time that’s convenient for you! Once your package arrives at the locker, you will receive an email notification with a unique code, allowing package pick up!
