MSU Board of Trustees sets apartment rates

At its Sept. 8 meeting, the Michigan State University Board of Trustees adopted apartment rates for the 2017-18 academic year for University Village Apartments and the newly constructed 1855 Place.

Academic year 2017-18 will be the first year of leasing for the 1855 Place studio, two-bedroom and four-bedroom student apartments and four-bedroom townhomes. Student leases for Spartan Village apartments will end by July 2017.

The 1855 Place apartments offer students one all-inclusive cost, which include furnishings, electricity, heating, air conditioning, high-speed Internet, in-unit laundry facilities and more.

Located on Harrison Road,1855 Place offers convenient access to academic facilities, as well as a grocery-light marketplace, Starbucks, Spartan Spirit Shop and other amenities.
