In what will be the lobby area in Bailey Hall, workers have opened a section of the ceiling to create a balcony on the second floor. Metal framing installation in study spaces on each floor is progressing, while framing for windows in the stairwells continues. Workers are also finishing masonry work on the rooftop mechanical penthouses.
