With artwork on the walls, furniture in place and equipment getting moved in, the Information Services staff members are settling in to their new work home-away-from-home on Service Road!
Information Services Building
After housing the former University Assignments Office, the University Housing Building on Service Road is the new home of the Division's Information Services Unit. The department was housed in several building across campus, and moving them all to the same facility provides an environment for a more efficient department. The project included an expanded work space, paint, carpet, furniture and finishes, and staff moved in June 2009.

With the furniture moved in and the finishing touches complete, the Information Services Building is now ready for staff to move-in during the first couple weeks of June.

From University Housing to Information Systems, it’s now official; an H&FS Information Services sign has been installed inside. Furniture, including desks, tables, chairs, cabinets and cubicles, is currently being installed, as well as room numbers and other wall fixtures.

Crews are currently applying the finishing paint touches and furniture will be moved in this week. The project is nearing completion and should be ready for move-in by early June.
