Renovation to East Holmes Hall’s lobby entrance is now complete. The lobby facelift included new lighting, carpeting, painting, furniture and updates to the guest service center. The updates are similar to that of the West Holmes Hall project, which was completed in 2010.
Holmes Hall Phase II - East Neighborhood
The east lobby of Holmes Hall is scheduled for a minor renovation and facelift during summer 2011. The new upgrades will be similar to those made last summer (2010) in the building’s west lobby.
All renovations are scheduled for completion by August 2011.
Construction on the reception/service desk and lobby of East Holmes Hall has begun, starting with the removal of the ceiling and light fixtures. Due to large amounts of traffic in the hall this summer, construction will move gradually and extra safety precautions will be taken.
