MSU residence halls have a variety of meeting spaces that can accommodate your needs. From small to large events, group meetings for MSU Registered Student Organizations to faculty or staff meetings, consider holding your next campus event in one of our many residence hall spaces.

MSU Faculty and Staff
To Book Classrooms and Other Residence Hall Space:
- Between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday
- During breaks and summer semester

Registered Student Organizations
MSU Registered Student Organizations may book space for free on the third floor of the MSU Union and in academic buildings (based on availability).
For more information on booking this free space, contact Student Life in person at C101 Student Services Building or call 517-355-8286.

- Complete an Activity Planning Form by visiting http://studentlife.msu.edu, clicking "Activity Planning Form" on the left and logging in with your netID and password
- After 6 p.m., Monday through Friday
